Carol Mori, Executive Director, has over 20 years in the non-profit sector and possesses in-depth knowledge and experience in contract compliance and management for Federal, State, County, and City grants in the State of New Jersey. Prior to GSECDC, she was Director of Finance at NJCRI, who is the largest provider of services in New Jersey for people living with HIV. She now serves on the Board of Trustees and is the Chair of the Finance Committee. She was Assistant to the Director Finance at Aids Resource Foundation for Children, that provides housing, education, and case management to families affect/infected with the HIV virus, where she was responsible for managing a 4.5 million dollar annual operating budget. She was Director of Budgeting & Regulatory Reporting & Compliance with Youth Consultation Services, the largest agency in the state of NJ that is based across six counties and operates a multitude of residential shelters, special education schools, and several community based programs state wide, where she was responsible for managing an operating budget that grew from 8 million to 40 million + during her tenure. Her accomplishments include implementation of automated financial data and reporting in all areas of finance, and establishing fiscal and administrative policies and procedures to ensure proper internal controls over financial reporting and day to day operations.

Susan Milan, Director of Supportive Housing holds a Masters Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, and is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.  Ms. Milan has over ten years of experience providing clinical and administrative social work services to the Hudson County community.  Before joining Garden State Episcopal CDC, Ms. Milan was the Coordinator of Case Management Services at Jersey City Medical Center, and has worked part-time at Christ Hospital since 1998, providing in-home counseling to HIV infected children and adults.
